UD Almería is preparing for the Andalusian derby with the support of its fans. Just over 24 hours before the start of the first leg of the playoff final, the red and white faithful have already begun to gear up for the derby. The initiative to bid farewell to the team bus as it departed from the UD Almería Stadium to Málaga, promoted on social media by several fans, was backed by hundreds of supporters and the club's animation group, Grada Joven. The call to action became a reality at around 17:30 hours, when around 500 fans, dressed in shirts, scarves, and other red and white insignia, gathered at the stadium's main gate to cheer on the team before their trip. The numerous Indálico fans bid farewell to the team with flares, smoke bombs, and chants of “Sí se puede”, while holding a banner that read: “Es por ti, Unión”. Rubi, the UD Almería coach, has chosen to concentrate his players from this afternoon in Málaga, aware of the importance of the match. The Almería fans have once again responded, selling out the 300 tickets allocated to the visiting fans for Málaga in a matter of seconds. As time goes on, the UD Almería team will seek to make history in the Andalusian derby. Withstanding the pressure from Málaga will be key to UD Almería's success. But the red and white faithful are ready to support their team in this important match. The team's preparation and the fans' enthusiasm will be crucial in the upcoming derby. But for now, the focus is on the task at hand: beating Málaga and taking a step closer to the top flight.
